Conditions for Returns 退货条例
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 60 days
The goods were not used or damaged
The following goods cannot be returned
- The goods unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse of any goods that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Refund Returns 退款
Unless otherwise stated, to be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned or postmarked within 60 days from original delivery. The return must be in new condition.
If any component of the returned product is missing, Viker Company may reject the return or choose to impose additional charges. A restocking fee will be charged for all returns as follows:
- 1 to 60 days from receipt: 10% restocking fee applied
From receipt of return, a minimum of 48 hours is required to inspect the returned item prior to issuing a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
